History

Carolyn started her successful solo practice in 2001 after being with a mid-size firm in downtown Portland for over 20 years.  She and her staff are able to provide professional and personal attention to clients.  Located in Johns Landing, just south of downtown Portland on the river front.  The location provides free parking and a relaxing atmosphere.

Achievements

Carolyn has been a local leader in several organizations promoting her practice.  She is currently a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), an active member of Oregon Women Lawyers Foundation and a board member on the Providence Planned Giving Committee.  In 1995, Carolyn received the Oregon State Bar President's membership services Award recognizing her outstanding service to the members of the bar.  She has been recognized as a "Best Lawyer" in America for 2010 and was named one of "Oregon's Top Lawyers" in 2009.  These nominations have come to her for several years running. 

Clients

Carolyn provides personal attention to all her clients.  During the stressful time of beginning probate procedures, Carolyn and her staff guide clients through the process with confident guidance.  Client meetings are a time to establish a working relationship and gather the necessary information to provide sophisticated legal work in a no-nonsense manner.
