Carolyn W. Miller received her law degree from Willamette University College of law in 1978.  She has practice continously and is admitted to the bar in Oregon and Washington.

Carolyn is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), a member of the Estate Planning Council of Portland, Inc., and in 1995 received the Oregon State Bar President's memebership Services Awared recognizing outstanding service to members of the bar. 

She is listed as one of 25 Oregon Women Attorney, a Top Portland Lawyer and a Best Lawyer in America.

Her practice focuses on formulating sophisticated and highly personalized estate plans for individuals and families. She also devotes a significant portion of her practice to administering complicated estates and preparing the estates tax returns.
